Return/ Exchange： 

In- Store Order ( Local delivery & store pick up)

• Products with orignal package and in unused conditons are eligible for store credit or exchange within 7 days of purchase. REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN.

Online Shipping Order ( Canada & United States)

• Applications for return or exchange shall be made within 7 days after the package is delivered.  REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN.

• Exchange and return must be first approved by Yochi Cups, Please email info@yochicups.com to arrange exchange or return. No exchange, returns will be accepted without original receipt. 

• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must have original package, also returned items must be in unused conditions with the original receipt. 

• Once we receive your item, we will notify you on the status of your application after inspecting the items.

• If your return is approved, we will initiate a store credit or exchange. You will receive email confirmation with in 3-5 business days. 

• Please note if apply for exchange / return items, the shipping fee will not cover by Yochi Cups. REFUNDS ARE NOT GIVEN
