FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

• Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday), unless the items in your order are out of stock.
• Flat rate shipping fee of $15 applies to orders shipping to Canada, using Canada Post. Delivery standard is 3 -7 business days.
• Flat rate shipping fee of $20 to US, using USPS. Dlivery standard is 5 -10 business days.
• Free shipping on orders over $150 in Canada, and on orders over $180 for US (exclusive of taxes and discount).
• We do not guarantee the delivery time. The courier in Canada is Canada Post, and the courier in the United States is USPS. All packages do not need to be signed for delivery. Please track the delivery information of the package in time.
• All parcels will be provided with the tracking number to check the delivery information, but we do not take responsibility for shipping delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages caused by weather conditions, local delivery errors or delays while crossing international borders.
