Return/ Exchange: 

We can do return or exchange only when the item is defective or damaged.

Applications for return or exchange shall be made within 7 days from the date you received it (including the delivery date) to complete the transaction. In that case, we will not accept any application on product return or exchange,

To be eligible for a return, your items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging, also returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Your Item needs to have the receipt or purchase.

  

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method or payment. You will receive that with in 15 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
